
I use BIK for customer support, sending marketing emails, and WhatsApp messages. I like that it consolidates all our customer data and communications from platforms like Instagram and Facebook into one software. It's quite simple to use, which makes it user-friendly. I find the campaign sending feature easy to handle, and even with team members using TikTok, it's very easy to navigate. The initial setup was quite easy, thanks to the support from their team.
