Thalassa

Thalassa is management software for freediving and dive centers. It started in freediving centers, where one course is several sessions across pool, depth and theory, and students miss, repeat and reschedule. Define a course package once, with its price and the sessions it includes. Book a student onto it and Thalassa keeps a ledger of what they are owed and what is done. Schedule sessions, assign lead and assistant instructors, and get warned about double bookings and ratio clashes before they happen. Every booking records deposits, partial payments and its outstanding balance, and is tagged by channel: direct, OTA or partner. Revenue, salaries, fixed costs and expenses roll into a live finance dashboard with profit, margin, fill rate and break-even. No month-end spreadsheet. Student profiles hold certifications from any agency (AIDA, Molchanovs, SSI, PADI and more), medical notes and emergency contacts. One business can run several centers, each with its own team and numbers.
