It provides many features that make day to day administration of many registrations easy and accessible to our back-office team. The Zooza team is also very responsive and always friendly when you contact them regarding any issue. Frequent updates prove Zooza team's constant desire to improve. **What do you dislike about Zooza?** The servers tends to be laggy when many customers use Zooza at the same time. Especially after an update. There is definitely a room for improvement there. Also the user profile setup needs an overhaul asap. But according to my information, the Zooza is working on an improvement as I write this review. **What problems is Zooza solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Zooza for a day to day management of our members registrations. Without Zooza the management of hundreds of registration would be a logistical nightmare. Thankfully Zooza provides easy to use management system with many benefits. ### 2. Also customer support is very active and friendly,so you can solve any problem quickly. **What do you dislike about Zooza?** Sometimes the app can be very slow . Also I literally hate when you set up something and than it doesn’t from no reason work properly. **What problems is Zooza solving and how is that benefiting you?** Scheduling trainings are much easier with zooza calendar, it’s just important how you set it up ### 3. Everything is very clear.
