Uplifter is a great platform for our Gymnastics registration programs, website, and member communications. I find it easy to navigate and fairly straightforward to use. I am not the most tech savvy, so when I have a question, I get the best customer service response within the same day. I find with good customer service I am more likely to stick to a product. I have had recent trouble with the payment processing and a few glitches here and there, but that is generally normal I think with all programs. This has been somewhat ongoing, but I am confident that the problems will be resolved within a reasonable amount of time.
