**What do you like best about Uplifter?**

Uplifter is a great platform for our Gymnastics registration programs, website, and member communications. I find it easy to navigate and fairly straightforward to use. I am not the most tech savvy, so when I have a question, I get the best customer service response within the same day. I find with good customer service I am more likely to stick to a product.

**What do you dislike about Uplifter?**

I have had recent trouble with the payment processing and a few glitches here and there, but that is generally normal I think with all programs. This has been somewhat ongoing, but I am confident that the problems will be resolved within a reasonable amount of time. There are a few things on my wish list, like text communication, that would be great! But I believe they are working on this feature.

**What problems is Uplifter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We currently don't have any problems.

**What do you like best about Uplifter?**

We use Uplifter to manage our registrations. The customer service/support team has always been so helpful and quick to reply. This was very important when we were first learning the software. We use Uplifter to manage our registrations and it is affordable for our non-profit needs and budget. It is monitored daily, and has become easy to use for the staff that use it most. I like that we can use the up to date calendar link integrated right into our main website for a good sneak peak at what we offer and links that go directly to the program to be registered in.

**What do you dislike about Uplifter?**

As it is most commonly used for paid services/sports there are some features our organization has not used as we offer free programs. This also makes some things a little tricky, at first anyways, to work around. It is still very useful as a tool for our organization.

**What do you like best about Uplifter?**

I am thrilled to share our experience with Uplifter, a company that has been key in helping advance the mission of the Georgia Cycling Association, a youth development organization for kids. 

Uplifter’s software platform is a vital tool for our organization. It has streamlined our membership registration process, making it easier for volunteer coaches and parents to handle the requirements needed to register their children  to join our cycling community. Furthermore, the coach licensing system has been invaluable. It allows us to efficiently register our coaches, conduct thorough background checks, and ensure the coaches meet all of the necessary requirements to work with our student athletes. These requirements are essential in setting our coaches up for success, equipping them with the right philosophy and mindset to foster a positive, safe, and healthy environment for everyone.

The administrative tools within Uplifter’s platform are equally  impressive. It provides us with the tools we need to manage a statewide organization , covering everything from membership tracking to coach compliancy to event registration. This system has made our management of teams, coaches, and student-athletes seamless and efficient.
What truly sets Uplifter apart, is their commitment to being true business partners. They genuinely care about helping us achieve our mission and are always there to support us. Having been a customer for over five years, I can say that their customer service is exceptional, response times are quick, and they are always there to assist with any questions or concerns we might have.

I highly recommend Uplifter to any organization looking for a turn key solution to manage memberships and coaching initiatives. Their platform and support team has made an incredible impact on our staff and organization.

Uplifter has addressed challenges faced by our organization. It has simplified our membership registration process, reducing the administrative work and allowed us to focus more on our programs. The platform's  coach licensing system ensures that our coaches are achieving the required training  that enhances the safety and quality of the athlete experience. Uplifter also provides a versatile backend that helps streamline event management and communications. Ultimately, this support gives us opportunities and resources to create a positive, user experience for our members, and allows us to focus more time on executing our mission.

**What do you like best about Uplifter?**

Customer service at the top, platform really complete and easy to work with. I am a gymnastics club business owner and I did work with multiple different platform by the past (Jack Rabbit, Activenet, Amilia). As Canadian, I like better to work with a Canadian Platform and moving from Amilia to Uplifter was certainly our best move. I recommend Uplifter if you want to use a Canadian online registration for your business. It is simple to use, they allow multiple vendor, multiple location (we have three different locations) but only with the higher tears. That being said, if you do not need the higher tears, uplifter is quite cheap... and if you need the higher tears (like us), it is still affordable.

Basically nothing! That platform is easy to use...

**What problems is Uplifter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Their financial record is quite well organize and you do not need to use another software like Quickbooks

**What do you like best about Uplifter?**

The support staff are incredible and very helpful with any questions I have. There is a bit of a learning curve to using Uplifter, but once you understand the basics, it does almost everything we need for gymnastics registrations

**What do you dislike about Uplifter?**

Some of the settings we have tried to do haven't been available, although support has been great at finding a work around. Some of our members find the registration site difficult to navigate, however, 90% of our members can complete the registration online themselves.

**What problems is Uplifter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Registration is online for our members including payment, so there is less paperwork and time needed for our office staff to manually take registrations.

**What do you like best about Uplifter?**

Uplifter manages all of my registrations and bookings very efficiently. It is straight forward to create new sports programs and classes and have participants register. Technical support is extremely quick and responsive for questions which is greatly appreciated!

**What do you dislike about Uplifter?**

I wish it had a calendar feed integration for members to sync their schedules to their personal calendars.

Centralized registration is key! It is extremely efficient

UpLifter has excellent customer service and product support. I am not experienced in websites or computer programs but they are so helpful in helping customers get set up and always willing to provide follow up services

**What do you dislike about Uplifter?**

There is very little that I don’t like. It would be nice to be able to save emails as drafts in the communication function.

**What problems is Uplifter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Registration is what we primarily use UpLifter for. We also made a website through them. We use the volunteer and product ticket function as well. We haven’t used the coach functions as much yet but would like to in the future.

Uplifter is an intuitive software that makes program registration a breeze! They have an amazing support team that respond quickly to email inquiries and are willing to meet virtually as well.

It takes considerable time to become familiar and comfortable with creating reports for accurate bookkeeping.

AI Based reporting is best about the platform. It helps you to save time i creating reports.

Pricing part I dislike mostly. You might have some lower plan as well as an individual frelacer

While creating campaigns, it resolve Tracking issues and URL shortener is perfect tool with UTM tracking and reporting
