I especially love their e-mail signature option. Cogsworth automatically creates a pretty nice signature and appointment button from your company data, and you can customize it as you like. I have received positive feedback both from interns as from clients after I added my new signature. Additionally, their UI is much better and easier to use than Calendly's- which I found fairly confusing, despite a seemingly "simple, thread-like" design. Booking appointments is now so much easier! The booking setup is fairly easy, but it took me a while to find the signature option- and whilst Cogsworth sends you a string of training videos when you sign up, I didn't see one on signatures. Note: this could lead to many more happy customers. The MS Teams integration didn't work properly, which I assume was rather an issue caused by MS Teams than Cogsworth, since zoom worked well.
