Supplier Watch adds daily external monitoring. Supplio checks your suppliers every day against Companies House, The Gazette, the UK Sanctions List (FCDO) and Food Standards Agency registers. Company status changes, overdue filings, director changes, new charges, insolvency notices, sanctions matches, hygiene ratings and product recalls arrive as findings you confirm or dismiss, and financial-health signals are drawn from filed accounts.
Supplier risk management sits in a risk register with a clickable 5x5 likelihood and impact heatmap. Corrective actions (CAPA) capture findings, root cause and preventive action, the supplier responds through the portal, and the reviewer accepts or sends the response back until closure. A contract repository holds start, end, notice period and renewal dates and alerts you before a contract expires.
Every supplier gets a weighted score split into compliance, performance and sustainability, with a per-signal breakdown suppliers can see in their portal. Multi-dimension performance scorecards roll up into organisation-wide averages and rankings. For ESG reporting, suppliers declare emissions with evidence, Supplio applies emission factors, and you export a Scope 3 inventory as CSV or PDF.
On the Growth plan and above, rule-based automations react to supplier events such as a document nearing expiry or a risk level change by assigning a form, creating a task or sending an email. Configurable multi-stage approval workflows and an immutable, filterable audit log with CSV export keep every decision traceable for auditors.
