I find the user interface to be outdated, which makes navigation feel old-fashioned and clunky, slowing down my daily work. The performance can lag when processing massive datasets, making the system noticeably slow and taking a long time to load. Even though there's AI, many routine forecasting tasks and customizations require too many clicks or heavy IT support to set up.
