marql

marql is an AI operator for multi-store retail chains. It sits on top of the POS, ERP, accounting and e-commerce systems a chain already runs. Nothing gets replaced, and a chain is usually live within 24 hours. Every morning each store's day fits on one page: revenue against plan, margin by store and by category, how each SKU is selling, and where stock stands. Owners, COOs, finance and store managers each get the view that matches their job. Stock is where most chains lose money quietly, so marql reads it store by store. It marks products that have not sold in 28 days and stock above 60 days of cover. It also catches items that sold in the past month and are now at zero on the shelf. When a product sits unsold in one shop and runs short in another, marql proposes moving it. Orders and transfers stay drafts until a person on the team approves them. Questions go to marql AI in plain language, for example "which store lost margin last week, and why?", and the answer comes from the chain's own POS and accounting data. Alerts and proposed decisions collect in one Decision Inbox, sorted by the money at stake. Each one has an owner and a due date. The Impact Ledger then tracks what each decision changed, in euros. Berezka is a delicatessen chain in Romania. The first stock scan, on 23 September 2026, found 792 products with more than 90 days of stock. On 1 October the same scan counted 581. marql works in six languages and is hosted in the EU. Supported systems include Lightspeed, Square, Shopify, WooCommerce, SmartBill, Oblio, Saga, 1C, Microsoft Dynamics and e:corg.
