Do you have the database and cant login or is the database file missing?
If you have lost the password, you can reset it from the mysql command line.
If you have lost the file there is file recovery software available, but if you have written many files to your hard disk since loosing it you may not be able to recover it.
If you get it up again, consider using backups!
