Why You Can Trust G2's Software Rankings:
G2's software rankings are built on verified user reviews, rigorous moderation, and a consistent research methodology maintained by a team of analysts and data experts. Each product is measured using the same transparent criteria, with no paid placement or vendor influence. While reviews reflect real user experiences, which can be subjective, they offer valuable insight into how software performs in the hands of professionals. Together, these inputs power the G2 Score, a standardized way to compare tools within every category.

Highlighted products: Jira, Asana, Autodesk Forma (formerly Autodesk Construction Cloud), Smartsheet, ClickUp, monday AI Work Platform, Notion, and Airtable.

Zigaflow is operations software for small and mid-sized businesses that buy from suppliers to fulfill customer orders. It sits between a CRM and an ERP: one system that carries each piece of work from quote to job, purchase order, delivery and invoice, so nothing is retyped between tools. It fits businesses that source, make or install to order in promotional merchandise, signage, garment decoration, audio-visual, office furniture and fit-out. Quote from your item list or from supplier price feeds, with cost and margin on every line and price breaks side by side. The accepted quote becomes the job. Raise purchase orders from it, track deliveries, and invoice from the finished job, with invoices syncing to Xero, QuickBooks or FreeAgent. Automations take the next step, approvals keep discounts and spend in check, and eForms capture sign-offs on site. Plans start at £79 a month, or £39 per user for quoting only, with a 14-day free trial and no credit card needed.
ZipBoss is a cutting edge platform that gives us the tools to make it happen. The platform provides all of the infrastructure, data storage, and technology to build apps without cookie cutter restraints.
Zirko is software for small trade businesses: quotes and invoices from one editor, time tracking on the phone, a scheduling board and site reports with photo and signature. You write the quote from your own price list and measurements; when the work is done, the quote becomes the invoice without retyping a line. Interim payments are offset, retention or holdback is held back on its own line, and issued invoices are never edited, only credited or cancelled. Your crew logs hours on site, also offline, and those hours land on the invoice. Zirko works in 23 countries and 14 languages, each with its own tax rates, invoice rules and, where required, the country's e-invoice format. It has no route optimisation, no GPS tracking and no live connection to an accounting package.

Zopkit Project Management supports separate workspaces for departments, clients, or teams, making it suitable for agencies, product companies, service businesses, and internal operations teams. Users can track billable hours, approve timesheets, manage documents, and connect project work with budgets and utilization.
