ZenTao Reviews & Product Details

Zentao is a best Project management tool. Currently I'm using the community edition for my professional work, which is a free and open source tool for daily work. Its best feature is time tracking for my international project and side by side document management. Another feature is the annual summary of the employees and a monthly basic statistical report. The best feature I have come to like and rely on very much would be ZENTAO's customization feature that allows me to feel very confident using the product because it allows me to make changes by adding more functionality tweaking dashboards to suit my organisation's business model. I also like that ZENTAO prioritizes document arrangement for easy access which I have found to be very helpful because using its library for storing my documents allows me to locate files quicker. Although the architecture is perfect for me, the prices of this product's subscription plans are my main concern and drawback at the same, the cost is just too high. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's easy to add a task for the team to see. For each task, there is more than enough ways to add information and detail. I like this part because sometimes a team member doesn't give much detail and just updates an item with hardly any information. When that happens, we request more info. Each member can add their own tasks and maintain what they need to do. It's almost like a checklist. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of the additional features are not so intuitive or easy to find. Some members of our team are not as receptive to how great of a tool this is because they haven't unlocked its true potential. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
