I also like that ZENTAO prioritizes document arrangement for easy access which I have found to be very helpful because using its library for storing my documents allows me to locate files quicker. **What do you dislike about ZenTao?** Although the architecture is perfect for me, the prices of this product's subscription plans are my main concern and drawback at the same, the cost is just too high. **Recommendations to others considering ZenTao:** I would recommend they set aside a budget that gives them access to a plan that offers more features. **What problems is ZenTao solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem that was addressed by ZENTAO was the issue to do with switching from one product to the other for document editing, conversion and storage and this used to cost us as an organisation a lot of money to purchase different products for different purposes but since we adopted ZENTAO as our go-to product we were able to find everything in one software and this helped a lot in terms of workflow. ### 5. For each task, there is more than enough ways to add information and detail. I like this part because sometimes a team member doesn't give much detail and just updates an item with hardly any information. When that happens, we request more info. Each member can add their own tasks and maintain what they need to do. It's almost like a checklist. **What do you dislike about ZenTao?** Some of the additional features are not so intuitive or easy to find. Some members of our team are not as receptive to how great of a tool this is because they haven't unlocked its true potential. **What problems is ZenTao solving and how is that benefiting you?** I've been using ZENTAO for over one year now and I love that tasks with a due date (on a certain day/time), are sent as a reminder email, which is helpful when you have many tasks to take care of. Additionally, larger tasks can have subtasks (each with their own due dates) which helps keep to-dos very well organized. ### 6.
