PR Analytics Software Resources

I feel like I keep trying things in the Meltwater platform and am getting little return for all of the work that I put in. Our account manager has been helpful with training, but I feel like we still lack recommendations on how how we can make Meltwater work for us and our industry.

I feel like Meltwater has a dynamic interface that, while it is also difficult to refine to our needs as a small agency, there is so much help offered to help learn. With TVEyes it feels like the platform is very limited, I have probably been trained on all of it's functions but it is still difficult to navigate, refine my results and confusing.

Right now, all the media for the lifetime of our account is stored under my login. Would be nice to have a backup or another way to access in case I leave the organization.
