What do you like best about Releasd?

The interface is poor. Navigating through it is difficult. Its lag that you are unable to easily add images to your reports. Sometimes finding the right image is a bit problematic. What do you dislike about Releasd?

Theres very little to find fault with in Released. The customer support is poor. The tool itself is not user friendly. One area where Releasd needs to improve is in providing reporting and analytics which would enable us to gain deeper insights into readership metrics. What problems is Releasd solving and how is that benefiting you?

When it comes to document creation driven by creativity there are limitations that hinder collaboration. The tool has user friendliness and good customer service on its side advanced features and customization options are somewhat lacking. The platform we have provides an experience that does not allow us to effortlessly present our achievements and important milestones to clients and stakeholders. Its a poor platform that does not fulfill all my requirements. The drawback Ive experienced is difficulty in adding images. Its an cumbersome tool. Less User friendly, and solw. It is a great little tool for press releases, very easy to use, customer service is great, so check and check. I think their best feature is how friendly and helpful they are over the phone, even though it didnt work as planned it is always nice when someone is happy doing their job Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While I think that it is great overall it is lacking on what we needed which is healthcare, it would go to standard wire services, more business oriented than what we were looking for, other than that it is awesome, great customer support, easy to use, what else could you want? Just try it out, just because it did not work for us does not mean that it isnt going to work for you, just beware of the category that you are looking for and check and double check that it is going where you want it to go, I feel like general businesses with not that limited audience could benefit very much from this software. try it out Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
