It is able to give extra data to client with little work from our side, and the data looks good and clients are generally impressed and satisfied with our outreach efforts when they see the additional web outreach statistics - it validates the media outreach efforts we do. The drag and drop interface to create the template is easy to use and to customise for what we need. Customer support is outstanding. We get almost immediate response and some thoughtful edits that make the next version of our reports look better. **What do you dislike about Releasd?** The download of the PDF does not look as good as what we could do in ppt, design-wise and some text are too small to be seen on a PDF. It was also really easy to get clients up to speed with, they very easily understood the reports which was handy. Fairly easy to input the coverage you want to make a report of which is helpful. Other softwares I have used have automatically sorted the types of coverage (online, print, broadcast etc) into their respective categories, but not too much effort to do this manually. You can pull a lot more data from Releasd versus other softwares I have used which is great, I like that you can add your own metrics in like PRs sent, journalists in attendance at events etc - which helps create a more well rounded report. You can make the reports a lot more visually appealing than other softwares which is great. Having a set number of links can be hard to manage when you have months where you need to use Releasd a lot more than usual (lots of client events in one month etc) but we were able to get an increase rather quickly with Customer support which made that easy. **What do you dislike about Releasd?** The Print and Social coverage logging can be quite clunky, had a lot of links not be accepted on the social media side which has been frustrating. The templates and setting those up was a bit time consuming, but getting that out of the way made it really easy to get going. **What problems is Releasd solving and how is that benefiting you?** Much more in depth coverage reporting for clients in an easily accessible format for clients and staff. I think it would be helpful if there were more information on why a post cannot be added. That way, I can understand and avoid adding those types of posts in the future. Reporting was always a very labour-intensive process and meant teams having to devote a lot of time to an arduous administrative task. Being able to automate elements of the reporting and use templates that can be replicated for the following month's report have made things a lot easier. Functionality-wise, it's also very good: it's user-friendly and has a lot of the features we need, especially given how frequently we use it. Initial implementation and integration was straightforward, and adding new reports is easy too. The Releasd team is easily contactable if we have any problems, and tends to respond quickly to any queries. **What do you dislike about Releasd?** Sometimes reports can come through a little strangely when saving to PDF, eg with unexpected text or blank slides appearing. This is often despite the online report looking fine.
