Tarvyx

Tarvyx is sales order automation software for B2B manufacturers and wholesale distributors whose customers still send their orders as email, attachments or chat messages rather than through a portal. For most order desks, an incoming purchase order still means opening an email, opening the PDF attached to it, and retyping fifteen lines into an ERP by hand. A typical order takes fifteen to thirty minutes that way, and the mistakes it produces surface downstream - in production, or with the customer. Tarvyx removes the retyping. It collects incoming orders from Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, any IMAP mailbox, Telegram, WhatsApp Business and Viber, and reads the message together with everything attached to it as a single order: text-layer PDFs, scanned PDFs, Excel spreadsheets, photographs and handwritten notes. When a customer spreads one order across several messages and files, those are assembled into one order rather than several fragments. Every line is then matched against your own product catalogue and your own customer records, across languages, and each match is scored. Matches at 85 percent and above are applied automatically. Between 60 and 85 percent the match is suggested and waits for confirmation. Anything below that is held for review rather than guessed. Missing or conflicting details - an absent delivery address, an ambiguous quantity, an unrecognised customer - are raised as issues before the order reaches your systems, not after. Nothing is pushed to the ERP or CRM without a person approving it. Approved orders are sent to the connected system, and the buyer can be given a tracking link for the order. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including the TRIMIT furniture vertical, is verified in production; any other ERP or CRM is connected during onboarding at no extra charge. There are no per-customer templates to build or maintain, so a customer changing their document layout does not break extraction. Corrections your team makes are reused to improve later orders from that same customer. Tarvyx runs as a managed cloud service or fully on-premise on one ordinary server inside your own network, where no order data leaves the building. That is what answers a GDPR, UK GDPR or PDPL data-residency requirement. Customer data is never used to train shared AI models. Pricing is 200 euro per user per month with unlimited orders - no per-order or per-document fee - and AI processing, connector development and onboarding are included.
