Online Reputation Management Software Discussions
I am having trouble doing reviews for two companies. Due to this problem, I can't get my coupons. I sent a message to customer service, the response is ridiculous. I sent a message by email, the response is the same. I tried to write a review to complain, they took down my review. Any response is "read the center of what can or cannot be done," but they don't mention the problem so we can solve it. Fix this now!
I want to start a discussion about reputation management tools—specifically those that help businesses stay ahead of online reviews, customer sentiment, and brand visibility.
These platforms are currently top-rated in G2’s Online Reputation Management category:
- Birdeye: Known for review generation and customer messaging. How well does it scale with multiple locations or high review volume?
- Reputation: Offers analytics-driven reputation tracking. Curious how useful the insights are for actually improving brand perception.
- Podium: SMS-based engagement is a standout. Does it offer enough beyond messaging to manage broader brand reputation?
- SOCi: Great for multi-location businesses. How effective is it at coordinating responses and maintaining a consistent voice?
- Thryv: An all-in-one business platform with review features. Is reputation management a true strength or just a supporting feature?
If you’ve worked with any of these or have other recommendations, drop your insights below. Which tools actually make a difference in how customers see and trust your brand?
Curious which of these tools actually helped boost review scores or response rates, any real wins to share?
