What tips do you have for effectively using Google Meet’s advanced features for large virtual meetings?
Looking at data on the note-taking software category, Microsoft OneNote, Evernote, and Notion seem to be the top choices for users prioritizing offline access and cross-device synchronization. See below for my top software list.
- Microsoft OneNote is a digital notebook included in Microsoft 365 that fully supports offline editing across Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android. Users can access notes offline and sync them automatically when reconnected, making it one of the most reliable tools for consistent cross-device access.
- Evernote is a long-established platform known for strong offline access. Premium and Professional plans allow users to download notebooks for offline use on multiple devices, ensuring uninterrupted productivity even without internet connectivity.
- Google Workspace (Docs/Keep) provides offline editing if enabled in settings, allowing users to work on notes and documents without internet and sync changes later. While not as seamless as OneNote or Joplin, it offers dependable offline functionality for those already in the Google ecosystem.
What do you think? Based on your experiences, are there other note-taking apps that handle offline access even better? I’d love to know which platform the G2 community finds most reliable for working across devices. Thanks!
Has anyone tested these tools in real-world offline conditions, like on a plane or in a remote spot? Which app actually synced flawlessly when you came back online?
