Integrations and AI: connect MARKETPROVIDER to your ERP, CRM, CMS and marketplace systems through a REST Public API and webhooks. The MCP connector lets AI assistants work with your product catalog directly. Security and control: role-based access at company, catalog, role and category level, action logs for audits and change history by user, product and date. Onboarding: every customer gets support by email, chat and help desk. Our Smart Onboarding service sets up your catalog structure, attributes and first channels together with your team.
