Omnia Manage

Omnia Manage is IT asset management (ITAM) and software asset management (SAM) for managed service providers and in-house IT teams. Your RMM shows a device as it is today, not what has happened to it. Omnia Manage syncs devices from your RMM and MDM, and users from Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, then keeps the history behind every asset: when it was first seen, who had it, what changed, and when it’s due for replacement. Beyond devices, it brings together: Software licences from any vendor, with Microsoft 365 licence reconciliation and the cost of unused seats Azure and AWS spend by service, with ways to save Contracts and renewals, with AI reading of uploaded contracts and notice-period reminders Warranty dates (from your RMM, or estimated) and a refresh forecast with replacement dates and costs Asset audits with a phone camera or handheld scanner, plus printable QR and barcode labels SSL certificate expiry and domain health checks Documentation and network diagrams For MSPs, every client gets its own register and a live client portal, with white-label branding on your own domain, client IT reviews, and licence pricing synced from your distributor. In-house IT teams get one register for the whole company. Built by an MSP that needed it. Early-access pricing is £79 a month plus VAT per workspace, with unlimited clients, devices and technicians and a 14-day free trial. Early customers keep that rate when standard pricing launches.

Opterion-IT Dashboard

Opterion-IT is business management software for electricians, plumbers, HVAC contractors, renovators and other job shops with five people or more who have outgrown spreadsheets but don't want a full ERP. One job, one record, from lead to invoice. A lead taken on the phone becomes the quote, the quote becomes the order, and the same document drives purchasing, the crew board and invoicing. Nothing is retyped. Quote the way the job is built: by subassembly, from live product costs. For work you can't price until the wall is open, start a time-and-materials estimate. Each supplier gets a request for quote in their own part numbers, and the job can't be ordered on an expired price. A quote locks once the customer has it. Changes are revisions; extra work is a change order, priced line by line, printed for the customer and approved before it can be billed. Purchasing knows what the job needs. Anything stock can't cover lands on one buying list, by supplier, with the job and the date it's needed. Receive against the purchase order, record supplier invoices by ticking what arrived, and handle returns and counter purchases on the job. A crew board that knows what you sold: drag jobs with hours left onto a person and a day. On their phone, techs see the day's jobs, tap arrive and leave, and the visit lands on their time card, charged to the job. Invoice what's done: pick the lines that are finished and they are the invoice. Invoices, bills and credits go to your accounting package as a file, once each, with a log. Opterion-IT doesn't replace your accounting, and your bookkeeper keeps the ledger they already trust. Also included: inventory with cycle counts and adjustments, kit builds, time cards and leave, sales leads and forecasting. It's modular, so you run the parts you need. Priced for small companies, with no upper limit on users.
