How it works

Pathing

Pathing is web software for small businesses that sell products or services and need to know where every job stands. Each job is a record that moves through the steps the business sets, such as received, diagnosed, part received, repaired and delivered, and each step shows who is responsible for marking it. Conditions stop a job from moving on when something is missing: an unpaid deposit, a part that has not arrived, a field left blank. Each person on the team sees what is theirs to do, with permissions by role and two-step verification. Every record keeps the amount, the deposit and what is still owed, along with photos and files, and prints as a customer receipt or a work order. Customer notices come pre-written, are filled in with the job details and go out by email. Sector templates (repair shops, renovation firms, catering, clinics, academies, agencies, shops and more) come with steps, fields and messages already set. Data is stored in the EU. Pathing does not issue invoices.
