Planixia is field operations software for construction companies, contractors, installers and field service businesses. It connects job planning, time tracking and job costing in one platform, so the office and field crews work with the same data.
Managers schedule jobs on a drag-and-drop calendar, assigning crews, employees and equipment. Workers clock in from their phone's browser, with no app to install, and every hour is logged against the right job and task, with optional geofencing. Supervisors review and approve hours, and daily job reports include progress, incidents, photos and client signatures as a PDF.
Planixia compares planned vs. actual hours and budget vs. actual costs (labor, materials, equipment and subcontractors) while the job is in progress, and sends alerts on deviations. AI assistants generate daily briefings and progress reports and suggest crew assignments. It includes optional Spanish legal time-tracking compliance, ERP integrations and a REST API.
