AZALPLUS

AZALPLUS is a French business management software (ERP) for very small businesses, tradespeople and freelancers. Its model is unusual in this market: the core product is free, with no time limit and no payment method required at sign-up. This core is not a reduced trial. It covers the full cycle of a small company: customer records, quotes, invoices, product catalogue and stock tracking, purchases and suppliers, employee records, field jobs, calendar, document management and accounting. It includes unlimited users, unlimited records and 5 GB of document storage. Every write is recorded in an audit log. The sales flow is chained end to end: an accepted quote creates the order and the matching field job, and the invoice carries over references, discounts and payment schedule. The aim is that a sole trader never enters the same information three times. Industry-specific needs are handled by optional paid suites, activated on demand: construction, real estate, medical practice, car repair, hotels, restaurants, maintenance management (CMMS), vehicle fleet, certified digital vault and public tender monitoring. Deactivating a suite never deletes data. AZALPLUS is published by MASITH, a French sole proprietorship based in Valensole, and hosted in France by OVH. The interface is translated into seven languages, French being the reference language. The software is multi-company and each account is isolated from the others.

BAM ERP

BAM ERP is a business-first ERP and management application for small and growing businesses. It helps teams manage sales, purchases, inventory, warehouse transfers, production, expenses, customer and supplier activity, and financial reporting through clear day-to-day workflows. Rather than requiring users to understand accounting processes before they can work, BAM guides them to the action they need—such as recording a sale, receiving a purchase, transferring goods, running production, or recording an expense—while keeping business records and reporting connected in the background. BAM ERP also supports granular team permissions, so each team member can access only the information and actions appropriate to their role. It is designed to help businesses run operations with less complexity and more visibility.

BatchMakes

BatchMakes is production software for small batch producers who have outgrown spreadsheets but don't need a big ERP. Start from a ready-made setup for your craft: brewery, cidery, winery, distillery, coffee roaster, cheesemaker, jam and preserves, honey, sauces, soap and candles, cosmetics and more. The production stages and measurements arrive pre-set, and you can change them. Save recipes with ingredient costs. Start a batch, log readings, and move it through your stages. Stock is deducted as you go, lot by lot (first in, first out), so you always know what's on the shelf and what to reorder. When you package, BatchMakes records what went into cans, bottles, jars or kegs, and works out the true cost per unit, packaging and labels included. The prices panel shows your markup per format and carries prices over to the next batch. Every lot is traceable: which supplier delivery went into which batch, and which customers received it. Export the lot register for an inspection or a recall. On the Business plan, add customers, VAT invoices, profit and loss, cash flow, excise duty tracking, a production Planner and a team of up to 5. The Free plan is free forever for one user.
