BatchMakes is production software for small batch producers who have outgrown spreadsheets but don't need a big ERP. Start from a ready-made setup for your craft: brewery, cidery, winery, distillery, coffee roaster, cheesemaker, jam and preserves, honey, sauces, soap and candles, cosmetics and more. The production stages and measurements arrive pre-set, and you can change them. Save recipes with ingredient costs. Start a batch, log readings, and move it through your stages. Stock is deducted as you go, lot by lot (first in, first out), so you always know what's on the shelf and what to reorder. When you package, BatchMakes records what went into cans, bottles, jars or kegs, and works out the true cost per unit, packaging and labels included. The prices panel shows your markup per format and carries prices over to the next batch. Every lot is traceable: which supplier delivery went into which batch, and which customers received it. Export the lot register for an inspection or a recall. On the Business plan, add customers, VAT invoices, profit and loss, cash flow, excise duty tracking, a production Planner and a team of up to 5.
