Validity Engage: “They dropped their self-service package with only 1 month's warning and no migration path except for to upgrade to their (unaffordable) enterprise package. I also didn't even realize they did this because they sent the email from their marketing domain, which I have under my email filters (rich, for an email company!) Do not trust these guys. Support is just an AI robot that tells you to buy the enterprise package. Absolute joke.”

INKY Email Security Platform: “The support team is inexperienced and no help. After following their support procedures, I have found that their team does not have an effective process to have issues addressed within a reasonable amount of time. Example: There was a PDF stripped from a client email. When I attempted to recover the email from Graphus the platform failed and only provided "Attachment recovery error". After raising the issue with the vendor, it took them over a day to assign the issue, the support rep(Angel) could only manage one message per day and did not understand the request to recover the pdf from their system. After 2 weeks this became a time sensitive issue, and I connected with my AM about it 3 times along with escalating the issue on my side once and the issue is still unresolved. It has been a total of 3 weeks, and no progress has been made.”
