The free version of Exselo Desktop is 100% free to use for both a private user and a user in a company. There are no hidden costs. We do offer an enterprise version of the product, which enables companies to use single sign-on for Exselo Desktop, and distribute the program in their organization using e.g. Microsoft SCCM. This version costs USD 1.95 per user/per month. Functionality-wise inside Exselo Desktop, there are no differences. Lookeen supports all basic Microsoft document and Outlook file types such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents, Outlook emails, attachments, contacts, tasks and appointments. It also supports plain text or open standard files such as TXT, ODS, ODP, ODT. Other popular file formats such as PDF, HTML, PHP, RTF, JPG, BMP, PNG, TIF, GIF and more are also indexed by default. You can view the complete list of default files under the Index Details tab in Lookeen Options. If you would like to index and search further file types, you can add them from the same Options tab. Please note that for some file types you may need to download the corresponding iFilter.
