What is the best way to maximize the speed limit (3x) of the tool especially in evaluating calls?
One of the stuggles that I have in this tool is that on the speed limit is not enough and I just want to suggest to increase their speed limit on it. I also want to suggest to have a seach button on the tool in order to find the specific that we want to search to.

How to retrieve a call if you can't find it using all the options when searching the contacts ? Is there any other way to retrieve a callback call ?
It is quite challenging to review a call if the call has a callback or being cut off. Do we have other way to retrieve it to continue the review ?
