Hi Larah, absolutely! Our platform is used by many organizations who gamify strong performance. As an example, some Observe.AI users will allow QA team leads and even agents to submit their best calls, and are then entered for a chance to earn a bonus for excellent customer service. Performance scores are also used to enable employees to work from home -- if agents are hitting a certain score, they are given the option to be hybrid employees.

Is there any other way to retrieve of find the date of the call back?
I as a user, personally experience having a hard time finding the call back and sad to say oberve.ai do not provide calls that is not policy sale. Therfor, I hoped that in this way, Oberve. AI will improve in these coming days.

You can use your metadata to search for calls with the same phone number, same customer, or other parameters that are unique identifier for the specific call you're searching for.
