Question on: Autodesk Forma (formerly Autodesk Construction Cloud)

we do not use the platform to post sheets but would like to - how do you control what seets are being posted? what if i have additions to the sheets that are to be included in the set?

Under the Collaborate tab you will find Publish Settings, you can select what gets uploaded here. After selecting views/sheets to publish, you save and close. Then, still under Collaborate tab select Manage Cloud Models and you can publish your model and selected sheets to the cloud.

You will need to create and publish a set. In Revit Ribbon interface under the Collaborate tab Click on Publish Settings > Create a new set > select the sheets and/or views to publish. Save and close. From BIM 360 create a new package to publish. Include the BIM model and the Sheet/view set you created in Revit. Save the package and publish it. You can add or remove sheets by updating the set under Publish Settings. Hope it helps

How well does BIM 360 Coordination handle clash detection and issues?

What is the best way to set up and upload models to the Coordination module? Can the same BIM models be used for coordination as the project working BIM models?

I have found BIM360 to be extremely useful in managing issues as well as creating reports for mtgs.

Good afternoon Raul, BIM 360 can handle the Clash detection task very well and if set up right you can do it so that not much effort is required to track clashes. The sad answer is that this is "unsupported" at the moment. However, this might give you a work around: https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/bim-360-ideas/insert-views-from-file-bim360-to-bim360/idi-p/9276875 I do not speak to the validity of the info you will find in the link above. Just sayin'.
