We use this platform to be a single source for all project files. To eliminate the need for other sites like drop box having a way to share files would be essential. Also a way to share items or files to groups would be key instead of individually selecting members.
Should we upload the model we received from a client to 360? Or can we leave the model on a shared local server? Are there any benefits to either method?
I was working on a parking structure garage and had a hard time hosting lighting fixtures to the different sloped elements of the ramps / ceilings without creating a million reference planes. Too many reference planes and cutting sections can sometimes be overwhelming and confusing to the user. Sometimes it takes 10 minutes or longer to open a model and this takes away productive and efficient use of my time when doing so.
