New members apply through a link, choose their membership, see the fee, add family members and give a SEPA direct debit mandate with an IBAN check. In a member area they change address and bank details, request a different membership, cancel online, download a membership certificate and add a member card to Apple Wallet. Clubhouse booking with approval and Google Calendar sync, a public sponsor board and a club website with its own domain are included. Every plan includes every feature; pricing depends only on the number of members. Data is stored in Frankfurt, Germany. The software does not create SEPA XML files or handle bookkeeping; member data is exported as CSV for banking software.
