MaxClub is a management platform for sports clubs — football academies, handball, basketball, swimming, martial arts, and any club working with groups and monthly membership fees. Coaches mark attendance from their phone in seconds, with automatic attendance percentages and full history per athlete. Membership fees are generated in bulk, with automatic arrear notifications sent to parents — no more manual reminder messages. Athletes can be evaluated through configurable tests across four dimensions (physical, technical, tactical, mental), with evolution charts over time. Parents get their own portal: their child's attendance, payment status, evaluations, and schedule — cutting down the phone calls coaches receive. Medical documents are tracked with expiry alerts, and monthly reports per group are generated automatically. All features are included in every plan — pricing depends only on the number of active athletes; coaches and parents are unlimited and free.
