Workhuman’s Social Recognition platform is proven to have many benefits for employees, employers, and the business outcomes that matter most. Research shows that when recognition hits the mark – when it is meaningful, timely, and given with value – employees are less likely to feel burned out, looking for a new job, and more likely to feel connected to the culture and engaged at work. Research also shows that employers see ROI in reduced turnover, employee engagement and more. Social Recognition is a win-win for all.
