Atlas
Atlas is a workforce intelligence platform for architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) firms. It builds a digital twin of a firm's people: their skills, professional licenses and credentials, project experience, capacity, and utilization, assembled from the firm's own workforce data and corroborated with public-web evidence such as state licensing board registries, CEQA and NEPA filings, and published project documents. Atlas then compares that digital twin against three things: the work the firm has today, the pipeline it is pursuing, and external opportunities in the market. That comparison surfaces answers most firms currently produce with spreadsheets and instinct. Where is unused billable capacity sitting right now? Which people could be reallocated to understaffed projects based on verified skills and credentials, not just job titles? Where would targeted cross-training unlock coverage the firm already almost has? And what work can the firm pursue and win without adding headcount? Every answer traces back to evidence. Atlas scores capability from actual credentials, project history, and documented experience, and each claim links to its source so leaders can verify it before acting on it. Utilization and capacity views distinguish what is observed in the data from what is assumed, and gaps in the data are reported as gaps rather than papered over. Atlas does not predict employee behavior or infer personal attributes; it shows what the workforce can verifiably do and where that capability is underused. When the comparison does reveal a true gap that no reallocation or cross-training can close, Atlas includes talent sourcing that searches the public web beyond LinkedIn, including licensing boards, environmental filings, industry directories, and conference rosters, to find qualified AEC candidates that standard searches miss, with verified contact information for outreach. Hiring difficulty analysis built on U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics data (JOLTS and OEWS) shows how scarce each discipline is in the labor market, so firms know whether a gap is a quick hire or a strategic constraint before committing to a search. Atlas is built for AEC firm leaders, operations and resource managers, and talent teams who want workforce decisions grounded in evidence: which opportunities are staffable today, which are one cross-training move away, and which genuinely require new hires.
