I need to know the steps that how can a queue work item is useful in chatbot area.

I need to implement Automation Anywhere in my project for Automation Tetsing. We use TOSCA Tool for doing automation. Need to check if Automation Anywhere can be helpful in improving the current process being followed here.

I mean, courses have not been clear enough to certificate and that's my doubt.

I know I can use javascript scripts to manipulate and capture object's informations on websites using Internet Explorer, but it is possible to do the same with Google Chrome? I think Google Chrome is a more reliable and more stable browser than IE, so I normally tend to use it more often than IE
