Clear Audio, Effortless Collaboration

I like Zoom Workplace for its clear audio and video quality, easy-to-use interface, and reliable meetings. The screen sharing, chat, and collaboration features work well for team collaboration in virtual mode. I appreciate the recording of training sessions and the ability to take control of others' systems, which makes it effective for our needs. It offers better and more stable audio and video quality compared to what we used before, which was Skype. The initial setup was very easy.

Effortless Zoom Rooms Meetings with One-Touch Join and a Powerful Room Controller

I mainly use Zoom Rooms for starting scheduled meetings, connecting people in meeting rooms, and sharing content during discussions. What I like most is that the room setup doesn't require much attention once everything is ready. I regularly use One-Touch Join, Room Controller, Wireless Content Sharing, Digital Signage, and Calendar Integration, with the room controller being particularly useful because I can manage the meeting without constantly going back to another device. It makes the room feel more like a dedicated meeting space rather than just a computer connected to a display.

AI Companion Summaries and Transcripts Make Meetings Easy to Revisit

I mainly use Zoom Workplace for online meetings, team discussions, follow-ups, and keeping track of information shared during calls. What I like most is that I can continue from a meeting without having to depend completely on my own notes. I regularly use AI Companion, Meeting Summaries, Transcripts, Team Chat, and Cloud Recordings, especially when a discussion has several points that I need to revisit later. The summaries are particularly useful because they give me a quick starting point before I go back into the full conversation.
