Zingtree has become a core tool for our day‑to‑day operations, especially for guiding agents through complex workflows without needing constant supervisor intervention. The drag‑and‑drop decision tree builder is very intuitive and allows us to quickly update logic as policies change, which has saved us hours each week compared to maintaining static documentation. We regularly use its integrations with tools like Zendesk and Salesforce so agents can launch decision trees directly from tickets, keeping everything fast and consistent.
