Wisor System is great when it comes to comparing rates. Over the years (especially during covid) we have seen that carriers reduced their sales support and if rates are requested they often refer to their websites and online tools. It takes much time to log into all the different websites and get rates. Furthermore, Carriers allways show a different structure of rates (some show all-In Rates, others show "subject-to rates"). Due to Wisors connection to these carriers it is very simple. We can just enter port pairs and Wisor is fetching all rates from different carriers and brings them to one comparable level (based on the Incoterms). The AI and quote generator works in many different languages. The best Thins is the support! Whenenver a problem occurs, Wisor Team is super friendly and always available for Help! The implementation was easy. Rates have been forwarded in advance and the CS Team took care of the rest. It is possible to intefragte to CRM or TMS System, what we might consider in the future.
