I like how easy When I Work makes it to manage a large staff team in one place. Being able to build schedules, see staff availability, post open shifts, manage shift drops, and communicate schedule changes saves a lot of time. I also really like that staff can pick up available shifts themselves, especially when we have last-minute openings or extra shifts available. Having different schedules for different seasons and programs is also very helpful for our organization.
