I have used When I Work for years and it's incredibly intuitive and user-friendly. It's easy for staff and leadership to view schedules. I really appreciate how user-friendly it is. The scheduling grid provides a great visual. The initial setup was also very easy.

I like that When I Work is super simple and comprehensive to use. It's made scheduling really easy, especially with the ability to switch between different locations efficiently. I enjoy creating templates for shifts and easily scheduling them across locations, which saves me from manually entering each shift time, making it fast and straightforward. The convenience of using When I Work both on the app and desktop for scheduling and creating timesheets is a big plus, as it simplifies sending them over to my accountant. The initial setup was also very easy, and it's quite user-friendly, so it has been a great tool for me.

There are multiple things I love about When I Work! It makes my job much easier, and I can make the schedules more efficiently; 1) Creating the schedule and assigning shifts is quick and easy because of the template feature and how the scheduler works. 2) The shift swap/drop feature is also very helpful, especially in a retail/tanning/wellness salon environment. 3) It helps keep staff informed when they are scheduled to work with the shift reminders and notifications. It helps keep them accountable. 3) The system is reliable, and it makes it easy to attach announcements or to indicate when the business is closed. Such a great feature! 4) The Feature that shows you how many hours the staff members and team are working that day, which helps keep the business compliant with the break and lunch period laws and overtime regulations. 5) The price is not unreasonable. 6) The few times I have needed help from customer service, they were very professional, kind, and the response time was quick! They were able to help answer all my questions and concerns. 7) While we don't use any of the payroll integrations because we use a private payroll company, I know they do sync with many, which is amazing! I use When I Work daily to keep a pulse on the schedule; it helps me plan strategically and to keep the team on the same page.
