The Vivantio system itself is very easy to use once you've familiarised yourself with the layout. It is also very configurable in-house, which allows us to adapt it quickly to a fast-changing environment. For me though, the USP for Vivantio is their customer support - it's first class. If you need to configure the system in a certain way, or refine a rule, or modify how an area behaves, or well, anything really, Vivantio customer support is really, really responsive. I've worked in IT for 35 years, and I cannot think of another vendor that gets support so right, so often, and with such reliability.

As a user for 6 years, we can say that Vivantio has always been a reliable tool for our IT team with everyday use. Vivantio can integrate with systems like Active Directory, enhancing its functionality for us. Customer support is reliable and responsive. User-friendly interface can make daily tasks easier for my IT support team.

The application has many powerful ITSM modules. Flexible in generating reports from the catalog or using the report generator. The updated flex view for users is excellent. Support is very responsive and helpful.
