We ditched a 3-year development project in Dynamics with multiple full-time on-staff developers and replaced it with Vivantio in 3 weeks. We use Vivvantio daily, and its implementation was straightforward. Once our IT team were notified and understood the brief, the integration process was seamless, The system is easy to use, making it simple to assign tasks to team members, which helps manage workloads and improve response times. The Knowledge Management featue simplifies the creation, organisation, and access of knowledge articles, improving first reaction times and efficiency. The dashboard and reporting features provide a clear view to monitor key metrics, track performance, and generate useful reports. Support for any issues has been excellent and dealt with and resolved very quickly. We have not yet fully implemented the self-service function for everyone, but we expect a considerable reduction in the amount of incoming requests by providing users with tools to handle common queries themselves.
