Userpilot is great for driving user interaction as well as conveying information to users. The interface is easy to navigate and pleasant to use. It integrates cleanly with our VOIP platform, allowing me to provide assistance to users right when they need it, without having to hunt for that help. I've also not seen any real hits to performance, and the few times I've had a problem their support has been top-notch. I'm also excited to see they're rolling out an MCP server to integrate AI features.

I love that Userpilot has all the tools for me to engage, educate, and build adoption for features that will make a difference in our end users' lives and business. I also love the new Claude plugin, which has helped with event tagging.

Easy to use, the incoming MCP server integration is going to be a game changer for our client data analysis.
