I find that setting things up on Userpilot is fairly easy, which is a positive aspect for me as a User Experience designer.

I can build and launch in-app flows, tooltips, and modals myself without pulling in engineering every time. That's the biggest thing for me. Got up and running on flow creation in an afternoon. It's also handy for tying button clicks and other actions back to real tracked events, so we're not just guessing how people use our onboarding. Support has been solid too, our CSM is quick and knows the platform inside and out. And the new MCP integration for pulling in-app analytics directly has honestly been one of the best updates they've shipped. It gives us visibility into which accounts are engaging that we just didn't have before.
