Userpilot is an easy-to-use solution and flexible enough to create experiences tailored to our branding and different targets. We use it to design personalized onboarding flows, deliver in-app communications during launches, conduct surveys, and measure satisfaction via NPS. Behavioral data also allows us to better understand usage, identify friction points, and adapt our journeys. The connection with HubSpot is particularly useful for transmitting engagement information to our sales teams and improving account tracking.

It’s easy to use, and I’m a fan of the feedback and engagement features. Overall, it works well for us. On top of that, we have access to a CSM who reaches out regularly and helps us when we need it.

Userpilot is so friendly and easy to use. We find that our customers are more able to navigate our pages with ease because of them. They allow us to convey important information without bogging our customers or site down. Their analytics and insight allow us to see how we can lead our customers to where they want to be. I also hear they have an AI MCP available!
