The platform offers a good level of features and seems to be growing rapidly without adding extra cost. I also get significant value from our customer success manager and their live chat team, who help us do things we couldn't manage before. Being time-poor, knowing that help is just a minute away and that they'll do all they can to unblock me is invaluable.

What I like most about Userpilot is how it lets us capture feedback exactly when it matters.
Before using it, we relied heavily on delayed, email-based surveys with very low response rates and limited context. What changed with Userpilot is that we can now ask users for feedback in the flow of their work, right after they complete key actions like searching, selecting parts, or placing an order. That shift has made the feedback far more specific and actionable.
It’s also incredibly effective at turning feedback into something we can actually use. Because responses are tied to specific workflows, we’re able to clearly see where friction happens in the experience and prioritise improvements with much more confidence.
On top of that, the engagement is noticeably better. The surveys are lightweight and non-disruptive, so users are more willing to respond, and we get more consistent signals as a result.
