I love the customer success team at Userpilot because they are with you at every moment you need them, making a complex tool understandable. The sales team was also super friendly, patient, and lovely during our purchasing process. Userpilot has been super informative, showing patterns of our customers that were outstanding to me. I appreciate the opportunity to build a customer journey map and see drop-offs—this visualized analytics is just brilliant. The setup was super easy because the instructions were really understandable.

The UI is really awesome, and it’s making our analysis of sessions and workflows so much easier. We use a lot of different features within the same product, which is great.

I like the attention I receive from Userpilot's customer support team. They are super agile and I already have a meeting scheduled to help me get the most out of this product. I also appreciate that it is a product that doesn't have too many buttons and isn't confusing to use, which I see as very positive. I think they have done a good job finding a good level of functionality. Additionally, I have set up some things myself and it has been very easy and intuitive.
