I love the depth of analytic tools for user usage on your platform

Incredibly easy to use. The UI is so beautifully simple anyone can jump in and create. So far the performance has been on point! U.P integrated with our website with no issues and the support so far has been attentive. I am looking forward to digging into their AI tools further!

I really like the ability to build solutions within Userpilot and how it lets customers train at their own pace. It's great for onboarding new users and new customers because of the flows and checklists, which help them get comfortable with the system at their own pace, even before the actual onboarding process. Userpilot's ability to overlay it within our own product is really useful, letting users learn things at their own pace without having to wait for training with their Customer Success Managers (CSMs). The initial setup of Userpilot was fairly simple, which is another plus. Overall, it has helped speed up the training process with customers.
