At the time of my joining of Bhudeva Solution as Senior Marketing Manager, big headache was our lead distribution. I do not have technical developing background but I can easily learn and configure routing rules to my various campaigns, as I have a marketing background. Campaign India region, I simply drag the rule, and it sends leads to India sales team the minute it receives it. It is saving my team 2-3 hours per day of manual check work.
