I find Tellent Recruitee incredibly easy to use for both companies and individuals looking for a job. It really simplifies the job search process, making it way easier than normal. I also appreciate that there aren't so many processes involved during the job search. Setting it up was pretty easy too, taking me about half an hour at most.

Workflow Automations have removed a lot of manual follow-up from our recruiting process. We use them to send reminders, move candidates through stages, trigger emails, and create tasks whenever something changes in the pipeline. The newer automation options—with more flexible triggers, actions, and conditions—make this even more valuable, because the next step no longer depends entirely on someone remembering to check the ATS. Candidate Self-Scheduling has also cut down on unnecessary back-and-forth about interview times. Structured Evaluation Forms keep interviewers aligned on the same competencies, instead of everyone writing completely different notes about each candidate. Talent Pools are another feature we rely on regularly, since they let us revisit people we already know before starting a new sourcing cycle from scratch. CareersHub gives the team more control over employer branding and job pages, too. The biggest improvement, though, is collaboration. Hiring managers can leave notes, evaluations, mentions, and feedback directly on the candidate, which means HR spends less time pulling opinions from Slack and email and turning them into something usable. Once pipelines and permissions are set up properly, recruiters stop acting as the messenger between everyone involved in the decision.
