It’s very user-friendly for capturing screenshots, making quick edits, and sending them out. I find it especially useful when I’m creating user guides or need to show a process step by step. It also works essentially as a PDF editor, which is a nice bonus.

I like how quick it is to take a screenshot and mark it up with arrows, boxes, shapes, cut certain things out, and use the magic wand to erase backgrounds. It's very easy to set up.
