I like using Snagit for my daily edits and captures on my screen, especially when sending emails or taking important information online. I appreciate the easy access and ability to edit within one app. It's particularly useful when copying long information from the web. Editing is easy because all the needed tools are inside the app, and I find it helpful that I can blur critical information in the Snagit editor. The navigation is easy, and there are several output options available, which I find very convenient.

I've been using Descript to edit videos with AI and it's so simple. And this is the downside of Camtasia - it can't do any of these. Camtasia is no longer the go-to for me.

Camtasia has so many additional features since my last review but I continue to use the original version to screen capture for my YouTube channel and work!
