I use Snagit for capturing snippets and sharing them with teammates, and I find it much more descriptive and helpful for sharing visuals. I like the ease of use because it speeds up my process significantly. Snagit is much quicker than taking a screenshot and then having to pull it over. I also find it useful for outlining specific things in the snippets I've captured. The initial setup was very simple.
